Coaching
We recommend our Reunion Wraparound for families bringing a loved one home from a therapeutic treatment program OR for families needing sophisticated support at home in order to achieve a healthier level of interpersonal functioning.
Families work with a team of two coaches in our tandem-dyadic model:
3 sessions per week: 1:1 Student session, 1:1 Parent Session + a Family Session hosted by the team.
This supports everyone through the joys and challenges of navigating life together.

COACHING PROGRAMS
Reunion: The Act or Process of Being Brought Together Again as a Unified Whole

Families receive support from their coaching team 7-days per week, weekends included, in order to troubleshoot and offer guidance.

We offer a sibling mentor for additional support as needed.

Families commit to 12 sessions initially, typically utilized over 4-5 weeks (i.e. “session cycle”).

There is an option to renew or initiate a customized step-down program at the end of every session cycle for up to 12 months.

The average program length is 2-3 months. When relevant, we prefer to overlap with the residential program for 1-2 weeks in order to prepare the family system for a transition home.
Families receive our Family Growth Manual to supplement their sessions and to use as a resource throughout their journey.

One of our coaches works directly with participating family members or the individual client.

Our Focused Coaching packages can be used as step-downs from our Reunion Wraparound or for longer term client support for up to 12 months.

Session focus can be adapted based upon what is arising in the family system (Individual, Parent or Family Sessions).

Sessions can be used at a frequency that fits the needs of the family or client such as 1-2 sessions per week.

We recommend these more flexible packages to parents and families who want to supplement their work with a residential program or for families needing extra support with dynamics at home.

Clients have the option to receive additional support 5-7 days per week from their coach for troubleshooting and feedback.
